Proptech market grows in Europe

There are approximately 2,700 proptech companies to be found throughout Europe, according to data reported by Unissa, a global proptech platform for business.

The United Kingdom leads the pack, with 801 proptech companies. But there is uncertainty in the U.K. market due to Brexit.

France follows in second, with Germany in third. The Netherlands, which is an emerging force in global proptech, has the fourth rank.

Europe’s proptech market, while growing, is still less developed than that in the United States, where market potential is higher and investment comes in far bigger sums.
