JLL: Tri-City office market ‘hot on the heels’ of leaders

According to last year’s JLL estimates, in 2021 the Tri-City in Poland will be the third largest regional market with office supply exceeding 1 million square meters (11 million square feet).

The combination of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia’s potential and their excellent quality of life means that the Tri-City continues to attract investments, and the three cities’ office sector continues to expand. The uniqueness of the Tri-City market is underpinned by the fact that the largest office complex in Poland is located there.
