Lightsource bp, a global solar leader and 50-50 joint venture between Lightsource and bp, today announced it will reach financial close on its Wellington North and Wunghnu Solar Farms later this year, which will make the company the largest solar developer and owner in Australia.

Keppel O&M wins $2.9b newbuild FPSO P-80 contract from Petrobras

Keppel Offshore & Marine’s wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel Shipyard, has won an international tender from Brazil’s National Oil Co., Petroleo Brasileiro S.A (Petrobras), for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of P-80, a floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) for approximately $2.9 billion.

National EV charging network under way

In keeping with the current administration’s commitment to build out a national network of 500,000 electric vehicle (EV) chargers by 2030, the U.S. Departments of Transportation and Energy announced all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico have submitted EV infrastructure deployment plans as required under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program established and funded by President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
