EPI, a fund co-advised by Tristan Capital and AEW Europe, has sold a shopping centre in Lappeenranta, Finland, to its anchor tenant. The Myllykeskus shopping centre in south-eastern Finland was sold through EPI’s strategic local partner Amplion Asset Management. The buyer is Etelä-Karjalan Osuuskauppa (EeKoo), part of the Finnish S-Group retailing cooperative.
