Quick tally: Investment views from the Editorial Advisory Board meeting

For the February 2018 issue of Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific, I wrote a feature — “The money talks: Investors take a more defensive portfolio stance in today’s low-growth environment” — summarising some of the main conclusions of the Editorial Advisory Board meeting for the publication, held in Kyoto this past November.

At these meetings, we take anonymous quick-tally polls of the attendees related to the topics under discussion, and only some of their responses were included in the feature about the meeting. To give you a better picture of the sentiments held by the Editorial Advisory Board for Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific, some of their quick-tally responses are listed below.
