Utrecht is the capital and most populous city of the Dutch province of the same name, with more than 329,000 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest city in the Netherlands. Located in the eastern corner of the Randstad conurbation, it lies at the heart of the Netherlands, surrounded by the remaining G4 cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague.
