Aberdeen Buys German High Street Shops

The Aberdeen European Shopping Property Fund, which is managed by Aberdeen Asset Management, has acquired a portfolio of High Street shops in Flensburg, Germany. The portfolio, which was sold by DIC Asset AG, comprises 7,000 square metres of space in the Holm, the city’s main pedestrian shopping street. Tenants include H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Ecco and Bijou Brigitte.
