Wood Partners, an Atlanta-based multifamily real estate developer, is seeking $400 million in capital for its newest multifamily real estate fund, Wood Partners Multifamily Fund V, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Wood Partners Multifamily Fund V is a value-add, opportunistic real estate fund that invests in multifamily properties in the United States. According to the filing, the firm has raised $126.5 million so far for the fund.
Wood Partners develops, acquires and manages multifamily assets.
