Winter Properties names Rick Singer as president

Winter Properties, a vertically integrated real estate investment, management and development company, has appointed Rick Singer as president, overseeing all business operations.

Singer joins Winter Properties with more than 30 years of leadership experience in real estate, private equity, securities investments and investment banking, including active involvement in more than $50 billion of commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Winter Properties, Singer was CEO of PARE U.S., the exclusive investment adviser and partner to Ping An Real Estate. Previously, he was managing director and head of global real estate at Salomon Brothers for a significant portion of his career, principal investor and general partner in Asset Recovery Fund, and a member of Eastdil Realty. Before that, he worked as an attorney at Schulte Roth and Zabel.
