Wheelock Street Real Estate Long Term Value Fund surpasses $800m

Wheelock Street Capital has secured more than $812 million for its Wheelock Street Real Estate Long Term Value Fund, according to a recent filing with the SEC.

At least 18 investors have committed to the vehicle since the fund entered the market in February 2019. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.

Wheelock focuses on real estate investments throughout North America and will invest in both public and private market opportunities and in all parts of the capital structure.
