Westcore has closed on the acquisition of a 17-property industrial portfolio encompassing 4.1 million square feet across nine U.S. markets. USAA Real Estate sold the assets for an undisclosed amount.
The markets include Atlanta; Chicago; Denver; Fairfield, Calif.; Houston; Lakeland, Fla.; St. Louis; Salt Lake City; and San Antonio.
In October, the firm bought another large industrial portfolio, totaling 3.1 million square feet, from Stonelake Capital Partners.
