Westbrook Partners acquires prominent Berlin property, near the Bundesrat and Potsdamer Platz

Westbrook Partners has acquired a predominantly office property in Berlin-Mitte. The vendor is a group of private investors. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The building, at Leipziger Strasse 124 on the corner of Wilhelmstrasse, was completed in 2005. It comprises a basement, ground floor and another seven above-ground stories. The property includes an underground car park with 12 spaces.

The building occupies an extremely prominent position, opposite the Federal Ministry of Finance and very close to the Bundesrat and the famous “Mall of Berlin” shopping center.
