WEBINAR: Buildings should prioritize healthier indoor environments

On March 11, Institutional Real Estate, Inc., hosted the “Healthy buildings: optional to obligatory overnight” webinar, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management. The message of the webinar was that buildings can promote health and better indoor environments resulting in increased employee productivity and financial performance. Healthy buildings should be an active component of every business’s current and future strategy.

“Buildings have a tremendous impact on our health and well-being. The COVID-19 pandemic has elevated the expectation for healthy indoor environments. Centering decision making around buildings to prioritize people and social impact presents a massive opportunity to developers, investors and tenants alike,” said Matt Warner, portfolio manager, real estate equity at Manulife Investment Management, who hosted the event.
