Weave Living, KKR partnership makes first property acquisition

Weave Living has successfully acquired its first property in Seoul under its urban living strategic partnership with KKR, according to a LinkedIn post.

The prominent en-bloc property is located in a residential neighborhood, near the Yeouido Business District (YBD), Seoul’s main financial center. There is direct subway access to the Gangnam area, and popular neighborhoods such as Hapjeong and Hongdae are a 10-minute drive away, offering an array of dining, entertainment, and cultural lifestyle choices to residents. Door-to-door airport transit services to both Gimpo and Incheon Airports give residents airport accessibility.

The property will be launched as a flagship Weave Suites offering, one of Weave’s four consumer brands.

The asset totals 9,318 square meters (100,298 square feet), including a 31-space car park and 157 accommodation
