WealthStone real estate platform launches

A new real estate platform has been launched called WealthStone.

The firm pursues a broad array of investment opportunities that meet the needs of domestic and international investors, whether they are seeking current income, capital appreciation or a combination of the two. And WealthStone will be targeting income-producing assets in markets that exhibit solid growth and positive fundamentals, specifically specialized residential properties such as senior living and student housing, as well as office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels and self-storage facilities.

The firm's focus is on assets in metropolitan areas with population of at least 1 million. Typical investments require between $10 million to $100 million in total capitalization per project, including prudent leverage.
