Walton Global has completed sale of 10 acres from Sunshine Industrial Park.
The sale brings the property to more than 135 acres sold out of the total 277 acres in the Sunshine Industrial Master Plan. Located in Eloy, Ariz., the land was sold to Exceptional Healthcare, an integrated healthcare provider offering 24/7 emergency-room services. Exceptional Healthcare plans use this parcel to develop an Exceptional Community Hospital, the first hospital in Eloy.
