Versity Investments acquires student housing property near University of Nevada

Versity Investments acquired Wolf Run, a two-building, 429-bed student housing property located near the University of Nevada.

The financial terms and the seller were not disclosed.

The property consists of 17 one-, two- and three-story residential buildings, along with a two-story clubhouse and leasing office. The two buildings (East and Vintage) total approximately 180,000 square feet across 144 units and 429 beds.

“Wolf Run proved itself in this market over a very difficult last 12 months,” said Brian Nelson, president of Versity Investments. “We believe the property’s fantastic location being two blocks from campus, and fresh renovations had everything to do with its 99 percent occupancy during COVID. It’s also a great price point for the value and location. We’re thrilled that we were able to close on this property within 60 days which is a very fast turnaround.”
