Veris Residential, a REIT that primarily owns, operates, acquires, and develops class A multifamily properties, has confirmed receipt of unsolicited proposals from Kushner Companies to externally manage Veris or to acquire the company for $16 per share.
Veris Residential’s board of directors is evaluating the proposals and will respond to these proposals in due course.
