United Hampshire U.S. REIT Management CEO to step down

United Hampshire U.S. REIT Management, the manager of United Hampshire U.S. REIT (UHREIT), has announced succession plans.

Robert Schmitt, CEO of United Hampshire US REIT Management, will be stepping down for health reasons. His last day of service will be May 1.

Gerard Yuen, who is currently CFO of the manager, will be appointed CEO. Yuen was appointed as CFO of the manager prior to the listing of UHREIT in March 2020.

Yuen has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, finance and the public sector. Prior to joining the manager, Yuen was a managing director with Nomura Singapore Ltd.
