Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has made an agreement with a group of private investors led by the UMB Group for the sale of Almere Centrum in the Netherlands for €155 million ($161 million).
Almere Centrum is an 87,000-square-meter (936,000-square-foot) High Street retail asset located in the city center of Almere.
Upon closing, URW will have completed €2.7 billion ($2.8 billion) of its planned €4 billion ($4.2 billion) European disposal program.
