Unibail-Rodamco sells another French mall

Unibail-Rodamco SE is under contract to sell the four-story Nice Etoile mall, located in Nice, France, for €300 million ($378.5 million). The buyer is Allianz Real Estate France.

The 204,516-square-foot enclosed mall houses more than 100 stores, services and restaurants. New tenants include Fnac, Maisons du Monde, Adidas, Okaïdi-Obaidi, Oxbow, Maritime Alps, Nature & Discovery, Urban Café and Urban Box.

Unibail-Rodamco is selling €1.5 billion to €2 billion ($1.9 billion to $2.55 billion) of mall assets by the end of 2018.
