UBS Asset Management chooses new co-CIO of farmland

Daniel Murray has been appointed co-CIO, farmland, at UBS Asset Management.

Murray, who joined the firm in 2019, also serves as CFO and head of asset management in UBS Asset Management’s food and agriculture business. Prior to joining UBS, Murray led the proprietary fundamental research effort for the grains and oilseeds desk of Sierentz North America.

“With this new role, Dan will offer an additional perspective for our investors, built upon a solid foundation of investment and industry experience,” Darren Rabenou, head of food and agriculture, and ESG investment, real estate and private markets, at UBS Asset Management.
