Irish property developer Twinlite and its joint venture partner Tristan Capital Partners have hired real estate agent CBRE to sell two build-to-rent apartment schemes in Clongriffin, north Dublin, according to media outlets.
The price tag is expected to be more than €300 million ($348 million). The sale will also include Twinlite’s digital rental platform Vesta, which manages the properties.
The assets include the 376-unit One Three North and the 282-unit Two Three North, due to be completed this year.
