TruAmerica Multifamily has paid $209 million for three garden-style communities in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Tampa, Fla.
The combined properties total nearly 1,000 apartment units.
The largest of the three communities is the 396-unit Stillwater Palms in Palm Harbor, 23 miles west of Tampa. The other assets include Vida a 252-unit garden-style community in Las Vegas, two miles west of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, and the Falls at Hunters Pointe, a 276-unit community in Sandy, Utah.
