TradeLane Properties has launched TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund III (TLP Fund III), the latest vintage of its U.S. Industrial Fund.
TLP Fund III is targeting $500 million and has a hard cap of $600 million. It is accepting minimum investments of $10 million and will focus on making value-add investments as it acquires, develops, redevelops and manages industrial properties in the central and southeast United States.
TradeLane Properties has in-house teams which focus on management, construction, financing and accounting for the portfolio of properties it acquires and manages.
The fund’s predecessor, TLP Fund II, closed in January 2022 with $400 million of capital raised. It had a similar strategy as TLP Fund III, though it was focused more predominantly on the central U.S. markets.
