TMR Capital PTC Limited has communicated to NorthWest HealthCare REIT its non-binding expression of interest to purchase the REIT’s U.K. portfolio along with partner(s).
TMR is a BVI incorporated company specializing in investing in undervalued companies that it believes need to be repositioned, as well as in joint ventures in real estate–backed properties. It and its partners have specific knowledge of the U.K. healthcare sector, including certain assets owned by the REIT.
TMR is an existing minority unitholder in the REIT.
TMR is a BVI-based family office with investment activities in both North America and Europe. TMR concentrates in equities, fixed income, real estate and the hospitality sectors (food/beverage, hotels, leisure).
