The Be Thoughtful Movement charity is big winner at VIP Americas event

Institutional Real Estate, Inc. hosted its annual Visions, Insights & Perspectives (VIP) Americas conference on Jan. 22–24 at the Park Hyatt Aviara resort in Carlsbad, Calif. VIP Americas is IREI’s annual event that is anticipated by the industry’s top investment managers, investors and consultants. This year’s event hosted 421 attendees. The theme for 2019 VIP Americas was “Evolution and the future of winning cities: How technology, urbanization, demographics and public policy are driving future demand and real estate returns.”

On the final night of the conference, attendees were invited to enjoy a casual networking dinner followed by a Casino-themed, after-dinner networking event. Each attendee was given $500 in IREI fun money to spend on casino games such as poker, craps and blackjack.
