The Employees Retirement System (ERS) of Texas has disclosed five commitments to private real estate and private real estate technology companies during the month of August.
According to a recent investment report, the commitments include $100 million each to GI Partners ETS Fund, managed by GI Partners, and Blue Vista City Select Fund, managed by Blue Vista Capital Management.
This allocation was followed by $25 million to Camber Creek Fund IV, a private real estate technology company managed by Camber Creek; and co-investments of $12.8 million and $10 million each in undisclosed funds.
