TerraCap Management has raised $91 million for its TerraCap Partners III fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund invests primarily in office, hospitality, multifamily and retail properties in Florida. Recent investors in the fund include the Westfield (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System and the Haverhill (Mass.) Retirement System.
