Trammell Crow Co. (TCC), a global real estate developer, and joint venture partner CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of a fund it manages, have completed construction at the Tracy 205 Logistics Center, a logistics center in Northern California.
The class A cross-dock facility is a single industrial building totaling 606,343 square feet. The project is strategically located in the heart of the Northeast Industrial submarket in Tracy, Calif., with frontage along Grant Line Road, offering excellent connectivity for tenants throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.
Tracy 205 Logistics Center features 40-foot clear heights, 4,054 square feet of office with above-standard improvements, a fully fenced and secured yard, a 185-foot full-depth truck court, and a dedicated full-movement intersection. Additional features include LED lighting throughout the warehouse, 40,000-pound mechanical dock levelers, 4,000-amp electrical service, sky lights and an ESFR system.
