TA Realty promotes two senior executives to partner

TA Realty, a provider of real estate investment-management services to U.S. and non-U.S. institutional investors, has promoted Christine Elmore and Thomas Shapiro, two senior executives from its acquisitions group, to partner.

Elmore, throughout her 11-year career with TA Realty, has demonstrated her trademark leadership style in each group she has worked - from valuations and dispositions at the outset, to her current focus, sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring properties in the Southwest, Colorado and Nashville markets.

Elmore is also responsible for attracting and developing the next generation of talent for the firm as leader of TA Realty’s internship program.
