SWIB puts $200m in CBRE U.S. Logistics Partners

The $165.6 billion State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) has committed $200 million to CBRE U.S. Logistics Partners.

CBRE U.S. Logistics Partners is an open-ended, commingled fund that will invest in industrial assets in the United States. The fund focuses on industrial real estate opportunities, specifically intermodal, warehouse-distribution and fulfillment facilities.

SWIB previously committed $100 million to CBRE GIP Medical Office Fund in 2018, and reupped with an additional $50 million in 2021, a spokesperson for the pension fund confirmed in an email.
