Stoneshield Capital sells Spanish data center operator

Stoneshield Capital has sold Xdata Properties, S.L.U. to Iron Mountain, a NYSE listed company.

Xdata Properties is one of the largest colocation data center operators in Iberia with a development project of more than 130 megawatts of electrical power in its Digital Park in San Fernando de Henares, Spain. Located in Madrid’s data center Golden Triangle (20 kilometers/12.2 miles from city center), the campus is within key hyperscaler availability zones and benefits from excellent connectivity.

CBRE Real Estate Investment Banking (REIB) and Morgan Stanley & Co. International advised Stoneshield Capital.
