An interview with Olivia Muir, head of sustainability, Real Estate & Private Markets, with UBS Asset Management, titled, “Quantifying carbon and climate risk: Global undersupply of green assets creates intriguing opportunity for real estate investors,” explores how environmental risk is being calculated into portfolios and what the ESG priorities are for investors.
