Spear Street Capital pays $247m for class A office complex in Atlanta

Spear Street Capital has paid $247.5 million for 1001, 2002 and 4004 Summit Blvd., three class A office buildings within Perimeter Summit in Atlanta.

JLL Capital Market represented the confidential seller.
