South Korean pension fund appoints CIO

Ahn Hyo-jun has been appointed CIO of South Korea’s National Pension Service (NPS), according to news sources. The position of CIO has been vacant for more than a year.

Ahn Hyo-jun currently serves as president of global financial headquarters of BNK Holdings.

South Korea’s National Pension Service manages $568.97 billion of assets as of the end of July.
