South Korea–based Hana Financial Investment has purchased the Helix office building in Frankfurt-Eschborn in a sale-and-lease-back transaction.
The seller of the building is a subsidiary of Commerzbank AG.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed; however, local media reports estimated it to be €120 million ($151 million).
The 36,200-square-meter (389,654-square-foot) office will continue to be leased long-term by Commerzbank.
