SL Green Realty Corp.-led venture to sell Manhattan’s 410 Tenth Ave. for $1.1b

A venture between SL Green Realty Corp. and the Kaufman Organization has plans to sell an office property in the Hudson Yards area of New York for $1.1 billion, reported Business Insider.

The office totals 630,000 square feet and is anchored by Amazon, which occupies 335,408 square feet.

In December, SL Green was executing a comprehensive, building-wide redevelopment of the 20-story office. The redevelopment will include relocation of the building’s lobby entrance from the 34th Street side of the building to 33rd Street, construction of a striking, new glass box lobby together with new nine-foot-high industrial-style windows, new elevators, double-height storefronts, and façade recoloring. An additional highlight will be the new 5,000-square-foot roof deck along with a 3,000-square-foot tenant lounge, ideal for daily employee use and also available for tenants to host evening events.
