Skanska tops out Virginia office building

Skanska, a global development and construction firm, has topped out a nine-story, 201,000-square-foot office building in Arlington, Va.

Located at 3901 Fairfax, the building was designed by CallisonRTKL and will be the first WELL pre-certified, new-construction project in Northern Virginia. Situated along the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, the development is surrounded by popular restaurants, high-end retail and green space. Amenities include more than 12,000 square feet of outdoor space across a rooftop terrace, private-tenant terraces, a plaza, conference space and a modern fitness facility.

It is expected to reach completion in 2024.
