Sina Cos. and Donati Health Partners announce merger

Sina Cos., a developer of medical real estate, has merged with Atlanta-based healthcare real estate developer Donati Health Partners (DHP).

DHP founder Damian Donati has been named a Sina Cos.’ senior vice president, based in Atlanta.

The Sina Cos. remains headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., and Donati now operates the combined firm’s new Atlanta branch, focusing on new business development and client strategic relationships. The merger became effective Feb. 1.

Donati has worked on healthcare real estate projects totaling 5 million square feet in more than 34 states during his successful 35-year career. Projects originally initiated by Donati Health Partners in Mississippi, Colorado, South Carolina and Florida have been transitioned to Sina Cos. for completion.

The merger also brings additional development projects and consulting engagements that will be announced by Sina Cos. in the near future.
