Simon Baron Development pays $313m for Queens residential complex

Simon Baron Development has paid $313.2 million for a 96.45 percent stake in the ALTA LIC residential complex in Queens, according to The Real Deal.

The seller was Quadrum Global.

The 467-unit Long Island City residential complex, located at 29–22 Northern Boulevard, spans up 43 stories.

Recently, Simon Baron Development bought out partner Quadrum Global’s stake in an Upper West Side 114-unit rental building for $130.9 million. The 134,200-square foot property is a 16-story building at the corner of West 79th Street.
