Securitize has acquired digital asset wealth platform Onramp Invest.
As a result of this acquisition, RIAs will be able to offer their clients investments in top-performing, alternative-asset classes such as private equity, private credit, secondaries, and real estate. It also will allow the RIAs the ability to offer their clients institutional-share classes from top alternative-asset managers, lower-minimum investments, lower fees, and access to liquidity.
Onramp’s platform serves a community of RIAs across the United States, representing more than $40 billion in cumulative assets under management, as well as recognized asset managers and index providers in the digital-asset space like WisdomTree, CoinDesk, Global X, and Valkyrie Invest.
