Schroders Capital Real Estate Asia Pacific acquires Wisteria Mall in Singapore

Schroders Capital Real Estate Asia Pacific announced a fund it advises has completed the acquisition of a suburban retail property known as Wisteria Mall.

The property is situated in Yishun South, an established residential neighbourhood located in the north region of Singapore. Prominently located at the junction of Yishun Ring Road and Yishun Avenue 4, the property commands approximately 200 meters (tk feet) of dual frontage. The mall is well served by public transport and is situated 10-minute walk to Khatib MRT station. The 99-year leasehold mall is the commercial component of the mixed commercial and residential development known as The Wisteria. The mall’s total strata lot area is approximately 17,328 square metres, inclusive of 229 square metres of strata void area.
