Schroders Capital appoints head of global solutions for real estate

London-based Schroders Capital has appointed Kieran Farrelly as head of global solutions for real estate, focused on delivering specialist investment solutions to meet the evolving and tailored needs of institutional investors in private markets.

Farrelly will be expanding the international investment scope of the Solutions team, selecting the most attractive risk-adjusted real estate strategies globally. The team will be investing and managing real estate both directly as well as indirectly in partnership with selected specialist operators, structured as primary and secondary investments, operating partnerships and co-investments. He will lead the development, launch and implementation of investment solutions across all real estate strategies.
