Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement GmbH (Tattersall Lorenz) has been appointed by Schroder Real Estate VG mbH (Schroder) on the technical and commercial property management of a portfolio of 12 logistics, office and retail properties with a total lettable area of around 231,000 square meters (2.49 million square feet) excluding parking.
This is Tattersall Lorenz’s first instruction from Schroder, and the firm will also provide support for letting management and an ESG service contract for the properties.
The 12 properties, built between 1916 and 2022, include 76,000 square meters (818,000 square feet) of logistics space, more than 111,000 square meters (1.19 million square feet of offices and approximately 34,000 square meters (366,000 square feet) of retail space.
The assets are located in Braunschweig, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen, Hamburg, Cologne and Langenhagen in Lower Saxony, and the portfolio includes more than 200 separate tenants.
