Savills joins co-working space 

Savills has announced the launch of PIVOT, an all-inclusive flex office service that will be offered exclusively in the United Kingdom to larger firms of 40 to more than 150 workstations.

It will offer a top-to-bottom service for customers that includes a choice of branding/design, fit out and IT services at a fixed price point, all delivered within six to eight weeks.

Savills’ PIVOT is led by director Charlie Wardroper, who will be working closely with the firm’s building and project consultancy, workplace, property and facilities management teams to deliver the new service line across the United Kingdom. Wardroper joined Savills in December 2018 and has more than 30 years’ experience specializing in the office sector across the United Kingdom and Europe.
