Savills buys German workplace specialist BRICKBYTE

Savills has acquired workplace specialist BRICKBYTE in Germany. The start-up combines services and consulting with digital space proptech to create sustainable office concepts.

The digital tool BRICKBYTE X helps clients with analysis, strategy and concepts as well as implementation and operation. This includes workplace usage and capacity studies, office-space analyses supported by artificial intelligence, 3D visualizations and organizational change management.
