Sares Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund IV secures $268m

Newport Beach, Calif.–based Sares-Regis Group has collected $268 million for its latest multifamily fund, Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund IV.

The firm did not disclose a fundraising target, but did note that 47 investors have committed capital in a recent filing with the SEC.

Like others in the fund series, Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund IV will invest in multifamily properties throughout the western United States. Its direct predecessor, Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund III, completed its final close in November 2019 with $328.2 million in commitments. The previous fund in the series, Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund II closed in August 2016 with $304.2 million in capital, and Sares-Regis Multifamily Value-Add Fund I closed with $112.75 million in 2013.
