Rubenstein Partners has held a final close for its Rubenstein Properties Fund III, raising $565 million in equity commitments.
Rubenstein Properties Fund III seeks value-added office property investments in markets throughout the eastern United States.
The fund’s predecessor, Rubenstein Properties Fund II, launched in 2012 and raised $515 million of equity commitments. And Rubenstein Properties Fund launched in 2005 and raised $475 million of equity commitments.
