Rocky Mountain Industrials receives final approval for 620-acre, rail-served industrial park in Colorado

Rocky Mountain Industrials, Inc. announced approval of its final development plan for the Rocky Mountain Rail Park, a 620-acre rail-served industrial park.

The final development plan was unanimously approved Sept. 1 by the Adams County Board of Commissioners, marking the successful completion of the development’s multi-year zoning and entitlement endeavor. The Rail Park is in unincorporated Adams County, Colo., just off Manila Road and Interstate 70, and adjacent to the Colorado Air and Space Port (formerly Front Range Airport). Construction will start in fourth quarter 2020, with the ability for buyers to start building in Spring 2021.
